Our Mission

Diogenes (404 BC-323 BC) the philosopher once said... “The foundation of every state is the education of its youth.” We couldn’t agree more today. Uganda has one of the fastest growing populations in the world. Many youngsters are left out and cannot access essential lifesaving needs because their caretakers are unable to provide for them. Devastating diseases like HIV/AIDS leave many children orphaned with absolutely no help. Often relying on the tender mercies of extended family members and good friends. For education, government universal education schools also require a minimum fee for a child to be enrolled. On top of all the other challenges these children face in their communities many that cannot afford this fee fall out.

We believe that all children have a right to, and need to get a good education. Our mission is to be able to provide all possible avenues for these poor children to come out of that crippling economic darkness into the light. We create bridges for all sidelined but often desirous children to walk into acceptable school systems in their communities- with a strong emphasis on children with disabilities.

Our work also includes advocating for change in government policies to favor education for the poor, youth empowerment and progressive movements towards national education projects. Education will unlock closed minds, change attitudes and thinking and most of all, it is the only chance by which all children in Uganda will fight and escape the ruins of poverty in their communities.
